BuildInADay is a rapid engineering service. This website is a marketing site with an embedded AI advisor that helps you scope your project and get in touch with us.

Consultations and chat conversations are informational. Any quote, estimate, or timeline discussed on the site or in chat becomes binding only when set out in a signed agreement between you and Niche Technology Services.

When using BID, you agree to the following:

• Do not use the chat for unlawful purposes or to submit unlawful content.
• BID's responses are generated by AI and are not professional (legal, financial, or technical) advice. Do not rely on them as such.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. Verify anything important with us directly before acting on it.

The content of this website — text, design, logos, and graphics — belongs to Niche Technology Services and may not be reused without permission.

Ownership of client project deliverables is governed by each individual project agreement. As a rule, clients own the work delivered to them under the terms of their agreement.

Projects are quoted fixed-price, starting from AED 999. Payment schedules, milestones, and refund terms are specified in each project agreement — nothing on this website constitutes a payment obligation on its own.

The website and AI advisor are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Technology Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on chat responses. Liability relating to delivered project work is governed by the applicable project agreement.

You agree to indemnify Niche Technology Services against claims arising from your misuse of the website or the AI advisor, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or block access to the site or the AI advisor for anyone who misuses them. You may stop using the site at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
