Privacy Policy

We collect three kinds of information:

• Chat conversations. Messages you exchange with BID, the AI advisor embedded on this site, including any details you choose to share about your project.
• Lead details. If you ask us to get in touch, we collect your name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp), project details, and your preferred contact time.
• Analytics. Aggregate usage data such as page views and referrers, collected via Vercel Analytics (see Cookies and analytics below).

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, prepare project proposals and quotes, provide the service you request, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Conversations with BID may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. These providers receive the content of your messages for that purpose.

Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat — for example government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or passwords. The chat is meant for discussing your project, timeline, and budget.

We share data only with service providers that help us run BuildInADay:

• AI providers — to generate BID chat responses, as described above.
• Our CRM — lead details are stored in the company CRM so we can follow up on your inquiry.
• Hosting — the site is hosted on Vercel, which processes traffic data as part of serving the site.

We keep lead details and chat records for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting project, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email bid@nichetechnology.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cross-site tracking cookies and does not build profiles of you across the web. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
